Backpacks for families displaced by wildfires

The Larimer County Library District family outreach program asked Neighborhoods United for support of the families that are displaced from their homes because of the recent wildfires in our area.  We joined forces with Elevations Credit Union that fully funded some supplies and 288 backpacks for emergency distribution.  The employees of Elevations Credit Union volunteered their time to help prepare the backpacks as well.  We also appreciate the United Way for helping with the distribution of backpacks to the families they identified with needs.
